Understanding the “Why”
In crafting this project for the IFRC, we confronted the challenge of respecting the organization's stringent visual, verbal, and written language while transcending the confines of a traditional corporate film. At its core, this endeavor is a homage to the enduring principles that have steadfastly guided the IFRC and the Red Cross through the annals of history, even amidst the most trying of circumstances.
Our narrative unfurls like a scarlet thread, a poignant symbol of the unwavering commitment to humanity that binds the organization across time.
A peak behind the “How”
Through evocative imagery and storytelling (Black & White, Film Noir), we embark on a visual odyssey that pays tribute to these timeless principles.
To bring our vision to life, we employed a diverse array of techniques, each meticulously chosen to evoke a sense of depth and immersion.
Macro lenses became our conduit to capturing the intricate beauty of objects—threads, words, imbued with a tactile richness. Against the canvas of green screens, actors performed, and through the alchemy of compositing, we added also 3D to complete our vision.
